2 things to be careful when you signing in/out your Chrome

When you sign your Chrome out and disconnect it from google account, or sign in with a google account, there may be a risk of loosing all your extension data.

In order not to lose your data, there are 2 things that you should be careful with.

1. when disconnecting Chrome from the account, it will pop up a confirmation window with checkbox to delete associated data upon signing out. If you check this option, it will automatically delete all the data associated with that google account, including extensions and extension data. If you want to check this option, make sure you export your data for backup.

2. when signing Chrome in to another account, be careful to configure Chrome does not sync extensions at chrome://settings/syncSetup. If you have extensions checked at chrome://settings/syncSetup, upon signing in it will automatically delete extensions that are already installed in the Chrome together with extension data, and replace with the extensions that are associated with that account.

I suggest that you always export your data when sining in/out your Chrome.
